Welcome to Tamazi

(Pronounced Ta-mar-zee)

We are a Sussex-based fulfilment company specialising in bespoke and flexible 3PL services. 

We truly care about our clients’ brands and products and create tailored solutions to help your business reach its full potential. ​

We are a dynamic, female owned and operated business which loves working with a diverse range of creative SMEs. We won’t try to baffle you with technology and jargon, instead, we will listen to your vision for your business and collaboratively work out the best solutions for your fulfilment needs.

 

We love that each one of our clients is unique and we truly enjoy making sure all products leave our warehouse beautifully presented, to guarantee a positive unboxing experience for your end customers. 

We’re previous eCommerce store owners and, as such, we know how nerve-wracking it can be to outsource any part of your business.  That’s why you’ll find every aspect of our service and pricing is fully transparent, and we’re here to work alongside you every step of the way.

A gap in the market

After many years of experience in eCommerce and order fulfilment, I knew how important it was for parcels to go out perfectly each time, and with the customer experience in mind.  I wasn’t alone in having outgrown our small ‘dispatch centre’, but was struggling to find a larger fulfilment centre to meet my needs. 

 

Along with many other contemporaries in the world of e-commerce, I realised most of us either couldn’t afford the third-party fulfilment prices, were being turned away for not being ‘big enough’, or simply couldn’t find a company that we felt comfortable enough to trust with such an important part of our business. 

 

Others who had made the leap into the world of 3PL were left feeling like a number and were dissatisfied with the level of care going into the presentation of their orders.

 

​So, I decided to start a fulfilment company with a difference. One that would listen to its clients, offer a transparent and trustworthy service, and present a personalised and tailored approach to each client’s unique requirements.

We are a female owned and operated company and we’re passionate about the image and success of the businesses we work with. Each member of our team takes personal pride in ensuring all parcels are sent out beautifully presented, with any individual touches our clients require.  We love working with creatives and entrepreneurs to ensure we are helping to encapsulate your own unique vision of your brand.

Affordable

As a supporter of small businesses, we have carried out extensive research to ensure our pricing is competitive and affordable for this market.  We have technical integrations and experience with all current marketplace software but keep our processes simple, and therefore affordable, for our clients. 

 

At Tamazi, you only pay for what you need...there are NO hidden costs!

Quick, Efficient & Flexible

Any B2C orders received before 12pm will be despatched the same day to ensure quick delivery to your customers. 

We offer a flexible service to fit around your needs and, as a bespoke 3PL centre, we are only an email or call away for any urgent parcels that need to go out after midday. The Tamazi team are all  involved in every aspect of your fulfilment and we can react quickly when changes are needed or last minute requests are made.

Organised & Secure

Our warehouse is set up to be highly efficient, is spotlessly clean and dry, and is a welcoming place to visit. Our staff are extremely dedicated and take care of your products to ensure your brand is always impeccably presented.

Although we are fully committed to cutting edge fulfilment software, we are not a mechanised, robotic warehouse.

Our premises are fully alarmed inside and out, and we offer insurance to cover your products if you don’t already have this in place.

Supplier Network

We have excellent relationships with our third-party suppliers and interact daily with these market-leaders in the fields of shipping, delivery, software, packaging, and stationery.  If there are suppliers our fulfilment clients prefer to use, or wish to try, we are always happy facilitate this.

 

We are constantly researching the best solutions and will quickly adapt our processes if this means an improvement to the services we can give to our clients.
