HOW DOES ORDER FULFILMENT WORK?
Receipt of inbound deliveries and unloading of goods and packaging materials from couriers and delivery trucks.
Stock received is checked in and counted to ensure quantities and condition are as expected. All stock is counted in and stored within 48 hours of receipt of goods to the warehouse.
All products are stored in an alarmed and gated warehouse. Products are stored systematically for easy picking.
We work with every client to provide a fully bespoke service. We specialise in personalised service to create an amazing unboxing experience for your customers.
We have a range of packaging providers that we regularly use including eco-friendly options. We can source packaging for you or you can provide your own.
We are set up with a range of trustworthy shipping providers. We work with you to find the best solution for your brand.
